This service offers confidential one-to-one change management coaching for members of the Armed Forces, veterans, their immediate family members, and funded 999 services. Coaching is delivered face-to-face, via Zoom, or by telephone by a fully qualified change management coach, with support available across England, Wales, Scotland, Jersey, the Isle of Man, and overseas.
Sessions are tailored to each individual, lasting as long as needed, and always move at a pace the person feels comfortable with. There is no pressure to discuss anything unwanted.
Drawing on lived experience, the service recognises the importance of rapid, preventative interventions and provides non-clinical coaching designed to inspire, motivate, and support individuals to make real, positive changes by ‘rethinking your thinking’. The approach empowers people to take ownership of their recovery and discover their personal ‘rock’.
