Models for Heroes is a charity that supports current and former Armed Forces personnel and emergency service workers through the therapeutic hobby of model making.  More information is available on the website

They promote scale modelling as a meaningful, restorative activity that can improve wellbeing, reduce stress and anxiety, and build confidence and social connections.

M4H offers:

  • Free access to model making kits, materials and resources for veterans and emergency services personnel interested in taking up or returning to the hobby.
  • Face-to-face and online group sessions, creating welcoming spaces for social connection, skill sharing, and peer support.
