BRAVEHOUND

Provided by: Bravehound

BRAVEHOUND provides and trains assistance dogs to support military veterans who carry invisible wounds related to their military service. Some have additional physical injury and we also support family members.

BRAVEHOUND supports military veterans living with mental health conditions by partnering them with specially trained assistance dogs.

Our dogs are provided to veterans with a clinical diagnosis such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, or anxiety. Each partnership is built to last a lifetime, with BRAVEHOUND committed to the ongoing care and welfare of both the veteran and their dog.

Assistance dogs offer more than support – they bring companionship, encourage daily exercise, and create structure and purpose. For many veterans and their families, BRAVEHOUND dogs have become an invaluable source of confidence, independence, and everyday assistance.
