DMWS is an independent charity providing medical welfare to those who have, and continue to, serve on the frontline.

DMWS provide physical, mental health and specialist wellbeing support to those with an Armed Forces connection and those in frontline public services.
We support all members of the Armed Forces Community across the services, including serving personnel, reservists, veterans, their family members/carers and military bereaved. This includes the Merchant Navy.
