Join Defence Gardens Scheme for our next Highland Roots: Cultivate & Connect workshop, delivered in partnership with Naturally Useful at Marcassie Farm, Forres IV36 2RH.
This relaxed, hands-on workshop will introduce you to the traditional craft of creating natural felted handmade soap using natural materials and learning new skills in the beautiful surroundings of Marcassie Farm.
Cultivate & Connect workshops are designed to bring members of the Armed Forces community together through nature, creativity and shared activity. There is no expectation of previous experience or knowledge simply come along, have a go and enjoy spending time with others in a friendly and supportive environment.
The day will provide plenty of opportunity to connect with others, enjoy the outdoors and take some time away from everyday pressures. You’ll leave with your own handmade creation and, hopefully, a new skill too.
The workshop is free to attend and lunch is included.
